Hello Community Members, 

The next Emergency Rental Assistance Program portal is opening up on Monday, May 8th at 12:30 PM SHARP! 

Please note this is UPDATED program information, the dates and frequency of portal openings have changed! 

Please review the Flyer with all the updated information. 

Again, the next rental assistance screening day will be Monday, May 8th. 

Please note the funds are first come, first served and the screening phone line and website will open at 12:30 PM. 

Residents qualify for rent assistance if they can answer yes to the following:

You are behind on your rent and the income of all adults in your household is at or

below 80% of the Area Median Income. Please see the chart on the flyer. 

Important Information

• This program does not assist with mortgage payments

• This program is for one-time rent assistance per household

• The amount of assistance available will fluctuate

monthly due to funding sources

• If a screening is canceled, Council for the Homeless

will announce on their website and social media

Please note that the in-person screening is reserved only for those without consistent access to a phone or computer, if you know someone who falls into this category, please share this special option with them. 

Also, 

to be better prepared please make sure you have the following information available for the screening questions: 

1. Names of you and members of your Household 

2. Monthly Income

3. Monthly Rent Amount 

4. Rent Currently Owed 

5. Address and number of bedrooms in your unit 

6. Your contact information
